Bygga om eller nytt, det var fr\u00e5gan. Det \u00e4r alltid tr\u00e5kigt att riva gamla hus, men efter en besiktning stor det snart klart att byggnaden beh\u00f6vde ge plats \u00e5t n\u00e5got nytt. P\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet gavs vi ocks\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet att t\u00e4nka friare i utformning och gestaltning.<br>Tillsammans med arkitekt Henrik Schulz inledde vi projekteringsarbetet under h\u00f6sten och landade ganska omg\u00e5ende i att platsen p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt utg\u00f6r sk\u00e4rningspunkten mellan det \u201cnya\u201d och \u201cgamla\u201d Fj\u00e4llbacka - i v\u00e4ster med en tydlig f\u00f6rankring i mer traditionell bebyggelse och \u00f6ster som vetter mot mer nyproducerade flerfamiljshus.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"vce-feature-section-container vce-feature-section-media--xs\"><div class=\"vce vce-feature-section vce-feature-section--min-height vce-feature-section--reverse vce-feature-section-background-color--b-0-0-0\" id=\"el-b6c1abe2\" data-vce-do-apply=\"margin background border  el-b6c1abe2\"><div class=\"vce-feature-section-image vce-feature-section-image--alignment-right vce-feature-section-image--background-position-left-center\" style=\"background-image: url('https:\/\/www.pegonia.se\/stage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/fb-trad-mord-1024x521-1.png');\"><\/div><div class=\"vce-feature-section-content\"><div class=\"vce-feature-section-content-container\" data-vce-do-apply=\"padding el-b6c1abe2\"><div class=\"vce-feature-section-description\"><h2><span style=\"font-size: 36pt; color: #ffffff; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;\">Modernt eller traditionellt?<\/span><\/h2><br><p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Fj\u00e4llbacka, med lite mer plats f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor och lite mindre fokus p\u00e5 parkeringar och bilar. Ovanp\u00e5 - ett tiotal lite st\u00f6rre bost\u00e4der f\u00f6rdelat p\u00e5 1,5 plan. H\u00f6g och finst\u00e4md standard, flera av dem med sl\u00e5ende utsikt \u00f6ver havet.
